What if I need to change my shipping address?
To change the shipping address on your order please contact us on 01924 730349 or email us on hello@headboards.com. Once you have contacted us, our customer service team will be in touch within 24 hours.
Please be aware that if you make your request within one day of the agreed delivery date, your items will have already been sent out by the courier, and there may be a fee if you decide to return them. However, if you return the dispatched items yourself, no return fee will apply.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please contact us on 01924 730349 or email us on hello@headboards.com. Our customer service team will then initiate a reimbursement to your initial payment source.

How do I return my order?
We regret to hear that you are dissatisfied with your recent purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at 01924 730349 or send us an email at hello@headboards.com, and we will be happy to assist you in processing your return request.
To ensure that your return is accepted, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- You have contacted us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item remains unused, unassembled, and is still in its original packaging.
- The item has not been slept on.
Once our customer service team has granted approval for the return, you have two options:
- You can send the item(s) back to our distribution depot using your preferred courier.
- Alternatively, we can arrange for our partnered courier to collect the item(s) and return them to our depot.
The fee for returning the item(s) with our courier will be determined based on the weight and size of the item(s) being returned. After your return request has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the cost details.
What would I do if there were missing items from my order?
If, for any reason, you find that items are missing from your delivery, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.Once you have contacted us, our customer service team will look into the matter and provide you with a solution.
